Overnight Parking Exceptions

As referenced in the Rules and Regulations, overnight parking is not allowed between the hours of 12:00 midnight thru 6:00 AM.
The HOA Board does make exceptions in some cases:
Sealing of driveway
Short term family visits
Holidays
If you need to park a vehicle in front of your house overnight on the street, please send an email to Jeanne at Tropical Isles: jeanne@tropicalisles.net with the following information:
Name
Address
Dates from and to
Type of vehicle(s)
Reason for overnight parking request
Upon receiving your email request, Jeanne will forward your request to the Board for approval.
