After consulting with a couple of landscapers in the area, they recommend that the support braces for palm trees be removed after one year. The reason they should be removed is the health and natural growth of the trees. They also recommend adding a fertilizer around the base of the trees to give the palm trees additional nutrients that our soil is lacking. Palm Gain is one that some homeowners use in our community. Charlotte County has imposed watering restrictions of one day per week for Biscayne Landing. Mainscape has provided us with an updated watering schedule: Under the Phase 3 drought restrictions at Biscayne Landing, the irrigation clocks are scheduled by the last digit of the house number and only run during overnight windows: Any zone with house numbers ending in 0 or 1 Monday Watering window: 12:00 midnight - 4:00 AM or 8:00 PM–12:00 midnight Any zone with house numbers

As referenced in the Rules and Regulations, overnight parking is not allowed between the hours of 12:00 midnight thru 6:00 AM.
