Palm Trees
After consulting with a couple of landscapers in the area, they recommend that the support braces for palm trees be removed after one year. The reason they should be removed is the health and natural growth of the trees. They also recommend adding a fertilizer around the base of the trees to give the palm trees additional nutrients that our soil is lacking. Palm Gain is one that some homeowners use in our community. Water Irrigation Schedule - UPDATED
Charlotte County has imposed watering restrictions of one day per week for Biscayne Landing. RPZ Valves
At the last Board meeting there were some updates provided on a number of concerns for the Community. The Community is trying to get reclaimed water delivered into our irrigation pond. One of the requirements for this delivery would be to update all Homes and Villas to the required RPZ valve that most homes in our Community already have. Overnight Parking Exceptions
As referenced in the Rules and Regulations, overnight parking is not allowed between the hours of 12:00 midnight thru 6:00 AM.
